Abstract
Case law have been provinding a limit to the interest rate that could he established in debts in US Dollars in Argentina for decades. Since the current Civil and Commercial Code entered into force (August 1st, 2015) this jurisprudence not only this jurisprudence have been ratified, but also the power of the Judges in relation with this subject have been broaden.
