Abstract
Análisis sobre la caracterización como valores negociables públicos de los valores fiduciarios en base a dos posibles criterios: i) según sea su emisor una entidad pública o privada, o ii) según el destino de los fondos, esto es, un emprendimiento privado o el financiamiento de la actividad estatal. Analysis of the characterization of trust securities as public negotiable securities based on two possible criteria: i) according to whether their issuer is a public or private entity, or ii) according to the destination of the funds, that is, a private venture or the financing of state activity.
